General Terms

By engaging with BikeWorx for services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by BikeWorx, including the servicing, maintaining, and upgrading of SuperBikes, SportBikes, RaceBikes, QuadBikes, and Motard Bikes.

Services Offered

  1. Motorcycle Upgrades: We provide a range of motorcycle upgrades tailored to enhance the performance and appearance of your bike.
  2. Suspension Maintenance and Upgrades: Our experts perform maintenance and upgrades to ensure your suspension system is in top condition.
  3. Engine Rebuilds: Comprehensive engine rebuild services to restore your bike’s engine to optimal performance.
  4. Wheel and Tire Repair and Balancing: Professional repair and balancing services to keep your wheels and tires in perfect working order.

Service Process

  1. Booking and Confirmation: All services must be booked in advance. A confirmation email or call will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
  2. Service Duration: The duration of the service will vary depending on the complexity of the task. You will be informed of the estimated time required for your specific service.
  3. Quality Assurance: We guarantee high-quality workmanship and the use of genuine parts for all services. Any defects or issues found post-service should be reported within 7 days for rectification.

Payments

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment can be made in cash upon completion of the service.
  2. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Payment can be made via EFT. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
  3. Payment Terms: Full payment must be made upon completion of the service. Failure to make payment will result in the withholding of the motorcycle until payment is received.

Liability

  1. Service Warranty: All services are warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of 30 days. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by improper use.
  2. Damage Liability: BikeWorx is not liable for any damages caused by improper use of your motorcycle post-service. Customers are responsible for ensuring their motorcycle is used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
